WINE CLUB
Membership Benefits:
- An order of wine every September, December and April. Your payment card will be charged a non-refundable amount automatically in advance of each allocation on the first week of those months. If you have requested to have your orders shipped, September orders are held at Arché until the weather is cool enough to ship.
- 3 Clubs to choose from: mixed (red, white & rosé), all red or all white.We do not include sweet wines in Club orders.
- 20% discount on scheduled Club shipments as well as additional bottle purchases, whether or not they are included in a scheduled Club order.
- 10% discount on merchandise.
- Free wine tastings for two people.
- Free tour for two people (reservations required).
- Wine of the Month where you receive a free glass of wine when you purchase the Wine of the Month in our tasting room. Limit one free glass per visit.
- You may suspend automatic Club orders, but not consecutive, up to a maximum of 3 per lifetime. All Club benefits remain in effect during suspension.
- No sign-up, maintenance, change or cancellation fees; however, if you request cancellation before the minimum number of orders have been fulfilled, your payment card will be charged for the remaining orders.Benefits start the day you purchase your first order.
Membership Terms and Conditions:
- A minimum of 3 scheduled Club orders is required before you may request cancellation.
- Members who did not request shipping are expected to pick up their orders during the scheduled pick up months of April, September and December. If members are not able to pick up, we will hold orders up to 14 months. If orders are not picked up at the end of the 14 month window, orders will no longer be available and refunds or credits will not be issued. You may request shipping at any time during the hold window.
- Shipped orders incur shipping and handling charges.
- An adult at least 21 years of age is required by law to sign for shipped orders.
- Keep a current, valid payment card, billing and shipping address on file with Arché. We will contact you by phone, text and/or email if your card is declined. When you update your card, all orders missed due to the declined card will be charged. Membership may not be maintained unless all missed orders are accepted.
- Order suspensions (skipping an order) must be requested prior to the order month to be in effect and are not in effect until you receive an email confirmation from us. Suspensions may not be made for consecutive shipments. Maximum of 3 suspensions allowed per member’s lifetime. Suspensions requested during the 2020 COVID-19 shutdowns do not count against the 3 maximum.
- Club cancellations must be requested prior to scheduled order month to be in effect. Club cancellations are not in effect until you receive an email confirmation from us. If cancellation is requested before the minimum number of orders have been fulfilled, your payment card will be billed for the remaining orders.
- Members who elect to cancel and rejoin at a later date, are not eligible for membership renewal after a second cancellation.
- Membership is not transferable.
- Alcohol sales are non-refundable
- Club members authorize Oak Creek Cellars, Inc., dba Arche to communicate with members by phone, text and/or email and to charge member’s payment card in advance for non-refundable Club orders. Club members agree to the current Terms and Conditions of Club 228 as stated here.

- Current members may use the registration form below to register for online Club discounts. Current members will not be charged for scheduled Club orders from this registration.

- If you are requesting Club membership for the first time, complete the application below. Your payment method will be charged for the current Club release and the order will be shipped or available for pick up based on the option you choose on the application.
